Theodore Roosevelt once said; “No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care”. I started coaching to give back to a sport that has given me so much and to help other athletes achieve their goals and dreams. Every athlete has their own complex formula consisting of there own genetics, available training time and outside stress levels. That’s what I love about coaching; trying to unlock each athlete’s fullest potential with what’s available to them.
A foundation for every Dedicated Endurance athlete is to become an athlete first. We need to look at the whole picture, mobility, functional strength, nutrition, speed and endurance. My part in your training is to be totally committed to the athlete by keeping abreast in the latest advances in training methodologies and have an obsession for increased knowledge and skill set development and only apply what’s best for that individual athlete. I’m here to help you achieve your goals and beyond.
